About DMZMap

DMZMap is an unofficial fan-made site of maps and tools for DMZ, the extraction mode in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Activision or Infinity Ward. Call of Duty and Modern Warfare are trademarks of Activision Publishing, Inc.
The goal is simple: the most useful map and lookup tools for Hajin, plus guides that each answer one real question players have.
Where the information comes from
Every fact on the site is graded before it is published:
- Official: the Call of Duty blog, patch notes and the official Call of Duty, Infinity Ward and Activision accounts. These we publish directly.
- Confirmed by two sources: two independent sources agree, for example two different players' gameplay videos showing the same key location. We publish these with the date we checked them.
- Single source: only one video or player reports it. If we show it at all, it is marked "Player reports, not yet verified".
Before launch everything on the site is official. Each tool and guide page lists its sources at the bottom and shows when it was last updated. We write everything in our own words; we do not copy text, tables or pictures from other sites.
The map pictures
The game pictures on this site are Activision's own screenshots from the official Call of Duty blog, cropped to the game picture and enhanced for sharpness without changing what they show. The interactive map uses Activision's official Hajin tactical map, with our markers placed on its point-of-interest icons. Every picture is credited where it appears, and we take any picture down at once if Activision asks.
