La Grande Vie in MW4 DMZ: Rooftop and Location
La Grande Vie is the luxury tower in the residential north of Songdo Wharf, on Hajin's east coast, at Low threat. Its rooftop is where the game sends you for Ballistic Fabric and High-Tenacity Fibers, and where the Triangulation Order has you place a transmitter.

Where La Grande Vie is
- In Songdo Wharf, eastern Hajin City: a quieter seaside district on the east coast, between the nuclear plant to the north and the south fork of the Hajin River.
- La Grande Vie, a luxury tower, in the residential north. Songdo Wharf runs from the nuclear plant in the north to the south fork of the Hajin River, so look at its northern end.
Threat level: Songdo Wharf Low.
What the rooftop gives: Ballistic Fabric and High-Tenacity Fibers
At the 3D Printer, the Ingredient Locations hint for both reads:
Found primarily in the Chang-san Air Base armory, barracks, and the Songdo Wharf La Grande Vie rooftop.
| Ingredient | Rarity and value |
|---|---|
| Ballistic Fabric | Epic |
| High-Tenacity Fibers | Rare, worth 500 DMZ Cash |
The hint names search areas, not fixed spawns, so search the rooftop and move on if it comes up empty. The other place it names is much more dangerous:
- Chang-san Air Base armory and barracks, at Chang-san Air Base: up to Extreme there, against Low at Songdo Wharf.
Every other ingredient and where to find it is on our MW4 DMZ crafting materials page.
The Triangulation Order: a transmitter on top of La Grande Vie
Triangulation is Order 3 of 3 on DMZ Orders Page 8: Underground 1/2. Its objectives, in order:
- Place a transmitter on top of 2 radio towers.
- Place a transmitter on top of La Grande Vie in Songdo Wharf.
The first two transmitters go on radio towers; the last one goes on top of La Grande Vie. Every Order and what a page pays is on our MW4 DMZ Orders checklist.
Not confirmed yet
- The way up to the rooftop.
