Amounts as players recorded them at launch; we checked 4 on the 3D Printer screen in the game and mark them on their card. Activision has not published the list, so an update can change them. Resources (Synthetics, Electronics, Chemicals and Metals) are an amount; ingredients are a number of items.

Every Operator Prestige asks for four 3D Printer ingredients of one rarity, on top of the gear and DMZ Cash in the Operator Prestige checklist. These are the ingredients of each rarity:

A dash means players have not recorded it yet. Loot changes every match, but one player found a Power Regulator in a tool chest at Haneul Nuclear Reactor (video at 0:35); the Haneul Nuclear Reactor guide has its threat levels.
3D Printer recipes in the game that are not in the table yet
The 3D Printer menu sorts recipes into 10 tabs: Consumables, Plate Carriers, Backpacks, Tacticals, Lethals, Field Upgrades, Fire Support, Gear, Ingredients and Development. Players' videos of the menu show these recipes too, but not yet what they cost to print:

How to unlock more 3D Printer recipes
You start with 1-Plate Armor Vest, Bandage and Small Backpack, which come with the station. Some unlock later: the Disposable Parachute unlocks at DMZ Level 55 and the Night Vision Goggles unlocks through DMZ Orders. The rest are loot: pick up a recipe in Hajin and get it out alive, and you can print that item from then on. Exfiltrating a recipe also pays 5,000 DMZ Cash, the same as a Weapon Manual.
Recipes players have found so far:
- Weak Night Vision Goggles: in a duffel bag at Chang-san Air Base (video at 0:29).
- Smelling Salts: behind the Reactor 02 Control Room door.
- Proximity Mine: behind the Rail Depot Storage door.
Loot changes every match, so treat these as places a recipe turned up, not fixed spots. The MW4 DMZ key finder lists every locked room and what players found inside.

At DMZ Player Level 2. It is one of the stations in your Forward Operating Base: it turns resources and ingredients into gear and also upgrades the other stations.
Which items are Rare 3D Printer ingredients for Operator Prestige?
The first Operator Prestige asks for 4 Rare 3D Printer ingredients. The Rare ones are High-Tenacity Fibers, Nylon Cloth, Nitro Compounds, CPU, Structural Alloy, Binding Catalyst and Stock Rod. The second Prestige asks for 4 Epic ingredients and the third and later for 4 Legendary ones.
How many 3D Printer recipes are there in MW4 DMZ?
This page lists 52 recipes with their amounts, in 8 categories: Consumables, Plate Carriers, Backpacks, Lethals, Field Upgrades, Fire Support, Gear and Ingredients. The 3D Printer menu in the game has at least 9 more, such as Medium Backpack, Medium Weapon Backpack and Large Scavenger Backpack, which we add once their amounts are recorded. You start with 1-Plate Armor Vest, Bandage and Small Backpack; more come from DMZ levels, DMZ Orders and recipes you find in Hajin.
What is the Power Regulator used for in DMZ?
It is an Epic ingredient. It goes into the Revive Pistol (2) and Railgun Sentry (2), and you can also print one from Electronics 100, Printed Circuit Board ×3.
How do you get more 3D Printer recipes?
Some unlock as you level up or finish DMZ Orders. Others are loot: pick up a recipe in Hajin and exfil with it, and you can print that item from then on. Exfiltrating a recipe also pays 5,000 DMZ Cash.
