Where is Bubun Yard in MW4 DMZ?
Bubun Yard is a scrapyard of wrecked military vehicles on the western edge of Hajin, a short drive northwest of Chang-san Air Base. The compass reads Bubun Yard once you are on its ground.
The official Tac Map names Chang-san Air Base but not the yard, so go to the air base first and head northwest toward the edge of the map. The close-up below shows Chang-san Air Base and the places around it.
See the area on the interactive Hajin map, or read the Chang-san Air Base location guide for its exfils, keys and threat.
What to search at Bubun Yard
Search the wrecked tanks, trucks and the downed helicopter, and the Tool Chest there, which has held Alloyed Plating.
At the 3D Printer, the Ingredient Locations hint for Alloyed Plating and Structural Alloy reads: “Found primarily in the Chang-san Air Base hangar, repair bay, and Bubun Yard.”
- Alloyed Plating: goes into 3-Plate Helmet Armor Vest (4), Medium Secure Backpack (2) and Large Secure Backpack (4).
- Structural Alloy: goes into 2-Plate Helmet Armor Vest (3), Small Secure Backpack (3), Large Backpack (5), UAV (2) and Alloyed Plating (3).
Every other ingredient and where its hint sends you is in our MW4 DMZ crafting materials list, and the 3D Printer recipes add up what each item needs.
Chang-san Air Base next door
The same hint also names the Chang-san Air Base hangar and repair bay for these materials. The threat at the air base is Critical (Air Base Exterior) and Extreme (Air Base Bunker). To get into the locked rooms at the base, see the Chang-san Air Base armory guide.
