The Black Market Weapons Locker Key opens the weapons lockers in Hajin's two black markets: in southern Deadtown, and in eastern Hanrim Village in the far northwest of the map. In Deadtown, go in through the black market's rear door, find the passage behind the large shelf and take the stairs down: an armored door leads to the locker room. In Hanrim Village, go behind the shop counter and through the green double doors into the stockroom, where the green metal locker is. The lock reads Blackmarket Weapons Locker.
